C S (China) - Overview

Established as the wholly owned subsidiaries of C S Surveyors Limited, Chung Sen Manly Property Co. Ltd. and Shanghai Chung Sen Manly Real Estate Appraisal Co. Ltd. (collectively known as "CS (Shanghai)") were founded in Shanghai in 2002 and 2005 respectively to become the Group’s PRC flagships to deliver professional valuation, project management, development consultancy and agency services to our valuable clients. By becoming a partner in Shanghai Golden East Property Management Company Ltd. in 2004, CS (Shanghai) further extended its scope of services & began to provide integrated property management services in Shanghai.

To provide comprehensive cross-border valuation solutions to our clients, our team of experienced real estate appraisers and valuers work jointly with their counterparts in Hong Kong to ensure the delivery of quality valuation services for various kinds of properties over the mainland regions.

CS (Shanghai) is committed to serving our clients with impartial services and upright attitude. Our services are well received by some famous developers, banks and financial institutions in mainland such as CRED Holding Co. Ltd., Dong Du Group, Shanghai LiXin , HSBC … etc.

To meet the increasing demand for quality property services in Guangdong and the Pearl River Delta areas, a Representative Office in Guangzhou was set up in 2006.

	Our property valuation specialists offer an extensive property valuation services throughout the Mainland China regions. At present, our valuation services has been extended to BOC (HK) Ltd., Bank of East Asia Ltd., Shanghai Commercial Bank and HSBC and many immigration consultants as well.

	Development, Planning and Consultancy
	C S Surveyors offers a full range of services on development or redevelopment opportunities for the potential developer / investor. We aim at helping clients to identify the full potential of their sites and properties under current legislation. Our experienced consultants will lead and manage a project to completion with attention to detail, ensuring risk is managed and the most appropriate delivery method is utilised. 	Property Agency
	We provide professional and comprehensive angency services for residential properties, luxurious apartments, retail shops, office premises, industrial units and other investment projects. We will also assist clients on the whole transaction process.

	Project Sale
	In addition to providing advice on marketing strategy for residential premises in PRC, we also assist our client in launching of promotion and marketing campaigns for projects. We had been appointed to be the sales agent of 2 top-notch developments of villa houses, 'New Villa' and 'Forest Manor' in Xuhui and Minheng districts respectively.
