By becoming a partner in Shanghai Golden East Property Management Company Ltd. in 2004, CS (Shanghai) further extended its scope of services & began to provide integrated property management services in Shanghai.

To provide comprehensive cross-border valuation solutions to our clients, our team of experienced real estate appraisers and valuers work jointly with their counterparts in Hong Kong to ensure the delivery of quality valuation services for various kinds of properties over the mainland regions.
