Client provides details of the premises to the Auctioneers for valuation

CSA renders complimentary valuation service to clients

Clients sign the appointment letter which specifies the date of auction and completion, opening bid and bottom price

CSA issues land search to verify the details of the premises

Strategic promotion will be launched which include:

  • Launching newspaper advertisement on major newspapers
  • Distributing printed matters in local vicinity
  • Arranging mail shot, email or fax to potential buyers
  • Uploading property details to our company website ( in order to increase the exposure
  • Direct calling to potential buyers and existing clients
  • Arranging Open House

Open Day: Site inspection by prospective buyers / Site inspection by appointment

Day of Auction: Prospective buyers gathering in auction hall and bidding for the premises

Bid higher than bottom price

If the premises has not been sold in the auction

(Deal completed)

Signing of contract and Payment of deposit

Further promotion will be arranged

Transaction completed
