C S Group (The Group) established its PRC headquarters and Valuation Department in Shanghai; in the same year it was appointed as the sole agent (HK – Macau region) for an upper end property project, New Villa, Shanghai. |

CSS was appointed by the Urban Renewal Authority and Hong Kong Housing Society to advise on redevelopment projects and undertake valuation matters. |

The Group formed a strategic partnership with Shanghai Golden East Property Management for further business expansion in the scope of services to the area of property management. |

CSS further set up Shanghai Chung Sen Manly Real Estate Appraisal Company Limited as its flagship in China and this Shanghai office also served the role of PRC regional headquarters for the Group. |

Operations were successfully set up in Guangzhou providing a full range of valuation services to banks, financial institutions and immigration consultants in Zhujiang Delta as well as Guangzhou regions. |

Chattels auctions were conducted for CLP Power HK, Ritz Carlton Hotel, and the Government Logistics Department as well as the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, HKSAR. |

CSS was appointed by the Government Property Agency, HKSAR to provide consultancy services for the sale of Government Properties. |
