Denys Kwan, Director of C S Surveyors Ltd, received Honorary Fellow of University College of Estate Management(UCEM) in Reading in UK in December 3, 2022. Mr. Kwan has been a UCEM alumnus since 1998 after his completion of Master Degree in the University. He has subsequently assisted the University with programme development and mentorship in Hong Kong. Award of the Honoray Fellow is a recognition of Mr. Kwan's contriburion to the University and the industry.
